The photograph shows an extruded PVC profile which has been hot-folded after the extrusion process. Profiles are folded using a template.

Use
Using folding avoids the need to use injection-moulded bending or weld two profiles together. Preferably used for small production runs.

Requirement
Not all types of profile are suitable for folding.
