Pipes
Depending on the application, different requirements are imposed on pipes, in terms of both design and technical properties.
PRIMO has specialised in supplying products with special, unique or unusual dimensions to the many niche areas within this industry. PRIMO has a wide range of tools with special dimensions up to 180mm diameter, with thicknesses ranging from 1mm to 10mm. We can manufacture different lengths according to the wishes of the customer.
Pipes can be manufactured to solve a wide variety of construction problems, e.g. collapsible links or click-fit functions to join two halves. We can supply pipe profiles which have been punched, cut or hollowed, i.e. prepared for the installation of cables, or pre-shaped. We manufacture pipe profiles in a wide variety of materials to meet the needs of the customer. We can manufacture products from traditional materials such as PVC, PP or PE-HD or from other materials such as ABS, PS and conducting materials such as PC, PC/ABS, etc. By using materials which conduct electricity, static electricity, and therefore dust problems, can be avoided.
Among other things, we supply:
- specially designed pipes with dimensions defined by the customer
- pipe for central vacuum cleaners
- electricity conducting pipes
- hoses in special dimensions
