Modern furniture production, where appearance, comfort, price and earnings must go hand in hand, is imposing ever greater demands on solutions as regards design and production technology.

Moulding using polyurethane gives design freedom and enables efficient production and is therefore frequently used in the furniture industry. PRIMO is a specialist in the moulding of flexible polyurethane and supplies, among other things, cushions for seats, backs, neck rests and armrests to the furniture and car industry throughout Scandinavia and to the medical industry in the USA.

We produce cushions in cold foam with or without fire retardants. Moulded cold foam gives unbeatable comfort, long lifetime, easy upholstering and infinite possibilities in terms of shape and design.

PRIMO manufactures armrests and seats in integral foam. Integral foam is durable and washable and needs no upholstering. We can mould products with or without inserts in wood, plastic or iron. Moulds and models are manufactured at our own mould workshop to the customer's specifications.
PRIMO's production of moulded cushions has been quality and environmentally certified since 1997, which ensures that our customers receive the right products in the right quantity at the right time and at the right place, and that the production process complies with the strictest requirements of the law as regards both working environment and the natural environment.
