PRIMO has specialised in supplying products with special, unique or unusual dimensions to the many niche areas within this industry.

Our customers have many different wishes with regard to shape, dimensions and materials. We also meet requirements concerning the reduction of dust problems, resistance to aggressive chemical materials and the recyclability of products.

PRIMO has a wide range of tools with special dimensions up to 180mm diameter, with thicknesses ranging from 1mm to 10mm. We can manufacture different lengths according to the wishes of the customer. Pipes can be manufactured to solve a wide variety of construction problems, e.g. collapsible links or click-fit functions to join two halves.

The pipe industry sometimes requires pipes which are not round. PRIMO can therefore manufacture pipes in punched, cut or hollowed form (prepared for the installation of cables or pre-shaped). We manufacture pipe profiles in a wide variety of materials to meet the needs of the customer.

We can manufacture products from traditional materials such as PVC, PP or PE-HD or from other materials such as ABS, PS and conducting materials such as PC, PC/ABS, etc. By using materials which conduct electricity, static electricity, and therefore dust problems, can be avoided.

Plastic materials are better able to withstand aggressive chemical materials than, for example, painted or galvanised steel.

All plastics can be recycled and many of them can be incinerated without any problems.

• it is durable and weather-resistant
• it can be recycled and requires little energy consumption during the production phase
• it is light and requires little maintenance
