The photograph shows two PVC profiles which have been welded together to form a corner.
The welding operation can be carried out using a number of different types of welding depending on the material type, welding requirements, etc.

Use
Where the following is required:
- a continuous unit - easier fitting
- tight joint - it is not enough for the sides to be tight, the corners must also be tight.
- hygiene - no dirt, mud or bacteria can get into a welded frame
- attractive joints - the welding tool is fitted with a knife, which makes the joint virtually invisible
- flexibility - easy to change to a different frame size.

Not all types of profile are suitable for welding. |
